TEDx

This talk was given at the local TEDx event at Roermond, produced independently of the TED Conferences. Because of emancipation we don’t have “mommy’s” anymore according Wim Ballieu, and that is the problem of our food industry. Because of emancipation processed foods are on our plates. So Wim considers himself a litlle bit ‘the Mommy of Flanders’. And he ask other restaurants too to be a mommy again: serve honest, handcrafted food, like mommy used to make.
